What this is
AI-Native Score (the “Service”) is a free quiz tool at score.orosa.io operated by Orosa. It includes:
- A public, anonymous quiz that assigns a tier (T0–T3) and score
- A recruiter-side dashboard for generating candidate-specific quiz links and viewing their results
By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t, don’t use it.
What the score means (and doesn’t)
The quiz is a self-assessmentof AI-coding fluency. It’s a 10-question survey, not a technical certification. The tier is intended as a conversation starter or a screening signal — it is not, and should not be treated as, a hiring decision.
Recruiters: please don’t reject candidates based solely on their tier. The quiz is gameable (a candidate who reads carefully and picks the longest answer can score artificially high), and it measures self-reported behavior, not observed skill. Use it as one input among many.
Candidates: a low tier doesn’t mean you’re a bad engineer. It means today you don’t use AI in a particular way. That can change.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit automated, scripted, or load-test traffic against the API
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication
- Use the Service to harass, dox, or impersonate anyone
- Generate a result for someone else without their knowledge
- Misrepresent your tier in any public context where it could mislead an employer (don’t fake a T3)
- Resell access to the recruiter dashboard or scrape its data
We may suspend recruiter accounts or invalidate links if we see abuse. Cleanup is at our discretion.
Free during early access
The Service is free to use today. We may add paid tiers in the future for features beyond the current free flow (e.g. unlimited team seats, longer retention, custom branding, integrations). Pricing changes will not affect existing free-tier access without notice.
Accounts
Recruiter accounts use email-pin sign-in. You are responsible for the security of the email account you sign in with. We don’t use passwords, so there’s nothing to leak — but anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Use a real work email, not a shared inbox.
Content + IP
The quiz content, scoring logic, design, and code are owned by Orosa. The result you receive (your tier and the linked card) is yours to share publicly — that’s the entire point.
We make no claim to ownership over anything you write into a label field. Don’t put personally-identifying information about a candidate in a label without their consent — see the Privacy page for what we store.
No warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uptime, accuracy of scoring, deliverability of result emails, or that the quiz will exist tomorrow in its current form. Use it for what it’s worth.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Orosa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can change or discontinue the Service at any time. If we shut it down, we’ll give recruiters with active accounts a reasonable heads-up by email when we can.
Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms we’ll update this page and adjust the “last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
